PT. Verda Trans (“Verda Trans”, “we”), Jl. Bambang Bongol, Kutuh, Kec. Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, decides how the personal data you give us through this website and WhatsApp is used. Questions or requests about your data go to our official WhatsApp +62 813 80000 26.
02What we collect
- When you book
- Name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), address, ID type and number, a photo of your ID (KTP, driving licence, passport, or KITAS), delivery and return locations, arrival time and flight number (optional), and notes.
- When you pay
- The transfer receipt, the sending bank and account holder name, and the account you paid into.
- When you cancel or reschedule
- The reason and any note you add.
- When you review us
- Ratings, comments, whether we may contact you, and whether we may show your comment as a testimonial.
- For security
- Your IP address is used briefly to block repeated attempts. When you ask us about other dates, we keep only a short one-way fingerprint of it.
03Why we use it
- To check your identity and eligibility to drive, and to process, hand over, and bill your rental.
- To contact you on WhatsApp about your booking.
- To handle traffic fines, damage, claims, or police reports connected to your rental.
- To keep the bookkeeping and tax records the law requires.
- To improve our service from reviews, and to show testimonials only with your permission.
We process your data with your consent, given when you book, and to carry out the rental agreement with you.
04Who can see it
Only Verda Trans staff who need it for their job. Drivers see only the rentals assigned to them. We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- HostingerHosts our server in a data centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- GoogleStores our backups (Google Drive) and serves the fonts on this website, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google.
- WhatsAppWhen you choose to message us there.
- Authorities or insurersOnly when the law requires it or a claim needs it.
05Data stored outside Indonesia
Our server is in Malaysia and our backups are with Google. These providers protect data under their own security standards. By booking, you agree to your data being stored there.
06How long we keep it

07How we protect it
- Staff use personal accounts, and each role sees only what it needs.
- Your booking page opens only through your private link, or with your booking number plus your WhatsApp number.
- Your ID photo and receipts are never public; they open only through your private booking link.
- We back up daily and test restoring those backups.
- If a data breach affects you, we will tell you within 3 × 24 hours of finding out.
08Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you your data or send you a copy
- Correct data that is wrong
- Delete it, except records we must keep by law
- Stop using your data
You can withdraw your testimonial permission yourself on your review page. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to Indonesia’s personal data protection authority.
09What is stored on your device
This website uses no cookies. It remembers your language and light or dark theme on your device, and keeps your booking form draft in the browser tab until you close it.
10Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Important changes are announced on this website.
