Settle before the car is handed over, then upload a photo of your ID on the tracking page.

Condition, odometer, and fuel are recorded together at handover.
Frequently asked questions
Is fuel included?
For rentals with a driver, yes. For self-drive, no: return the car with the same fuel level as at handover.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel, villa, or the airport?
Yes. The delivery charge is stated when we confirm, based on place and time.
What do I need to book with a driver?
Your name and WhatsApp number are enough. You don't need to drive, so no driving licence is required.
How long is a rental day with a driver?
12 hours from your pickup time. Beyond that, overtime is charged per hour.
How much does a car rental in Bali cost?
Our rates start from Rp450.000 per day, depending on the car and whether you drive yourself or take a driver. Every car's daily rate is shown before you book, and your total is shown for your exact dates.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 3 days or more before the start for a 100% refund. Closer to the start the refund is smaller; the full schedule is on our rental terms page. Date changes are possible up to 24 hours before the start, while a car is available.
